While traveling through this old world of trouble, toil and strife,
I kept right on searching for a better way of life.
Like many others on their way my life was filled with sin.
I guess what I wanted most was to start all over again.
Then I heard about Jesus and of His salvation plan,
Offered freely to one and all, to each and every man.
Now we know the road is rough, temptation everywhere,
But prayers and faith with love to give is something we all should share.
My life is so much better now, with troubles very few.
The same salvation plan that worked for me will also work for you.
